What is Teleconsultation?
Teleconsultation allows you to consult with your doctor via video call without visiting the clinic physically. This feature is available only if the clinic has activated the Teleconsultation add-on.
How to Book
- Browse doctors and look for the Teleconsultation Available tag
- Select a teleconsultation slot (marked differently from walk-in slots)
- Complete payment as usual
- Receive a confirmation with consultation details
During the Consultation
- Join the video call at your scheduled time
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Keep your camera and microphone enabled
- Have any relevant medical records ready
After the Consultation
- Prescription uploaded by doctor (if applicable)
- Receipt available for download
- Follow-up can be booked as usual (walk-in or teleconsultation)
Tips for a Good Teleconsultation
- Find a quiet, well-lit room
- Test your internet connection before the appointment
- Have your symptoms and medical history ready to discuss
- Keep any previous prescriptions handy for reference
