Viewing Prescriptions
Accessing Your Prescriptions
After your appointment is completed, the doctor or receptionist may upload a prescription. To view it:
- Go to My Appointments
- Click on a completed appointment
- Click View Prescription to see the uploaded prescription
- Click Download to save as PDF
Prescription Details
Each prescription includes:
- Doctor's name, specialization, and clinic details
- Medication details and dosage instructions
- Prescription validity period
- Doctor's signature
Prescription Validity
- Prescriptions have a validity period set by the doctor (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days)
- Follow-up appointments should be booked within the prescription validity window
- Check the validity date on your prescription before booking a follow-up
Multiple Prescriptions
A single appointment may have multiple prescription files attached (PDF or images). You can view and download each one individually.
