Managing Your Appointments

Viewing Appointments

Go to My Appointments to see all your bookings. You can filter by:

• Upcoming — Future appointments
• Completed — Past appointments
• Cancelled — Cancelled bookings

Appointment Details

Each appointment shows: doctor name, date & time, appointment type (walk-in or teleconsultation), status, amount paid, and appointment ID.

Rescheduling

1. Open the appointment details
2. Click Reschedule
3. Select a new date and time slot
4. Confirm the change

Note: Rescheduling availability depends on the clinic's policy. Some clinics may not allow rescheduling within a certain time before the appointment.

Cancellation

1. Open the appointment details
2. Click Cancel Appointment
3. Select a cancellation reason
4. Confirm cancellation

Refund policy depends on when you cancel:

• 24+ hours before: Full refund
• 12-24 hours before: Partial refund (varies by clinic)
• Less than 12 hours: No refund (varies by clinic)

Downloading Receipts

1. Open a completed appointment
2. Click Download Receipt
3. A PDF receipt will be downloaded with all payment details
