Booking an Appointment

Browsing Doctors

1. Visit the clinic website
2. Click Find Doctors or Book Appointment
3. Browse available doctors

Each doctor profile shows their name, photo, specialization, qualification, experience, consultation fee, follow-up fee, and availability status.

Selecting a Time Slot

1. Click on a doctor to view their profile
2. Select the appointment type: New Consultation or Follow-up
3. Choose a date from the calendar
4. Pick an available time slot (walk-in or teleconsultation slots are displayed separately)
5. Review the appointment details and fee

Booking for Family Members

You can book appointments for family members:

1. After selecting a slot, choose Book for Family Member
2. Select an existing family member or add a new one
3. Provide their name, relationship, date of birth, and gender
4. Complete the booking

Payment

1. Review the appointment summary
2. Click Pay & Confirm
3. Complete payment via Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking, wallets)
4. Receive booking confirmation

After Booking

• You'll receive a confirmation with the appointment ID
• View details in My Appointments
• You can reschedule or cancel before the appointment time
