Teleconsultation for Doctors
Overview
If your clinic has enabled the Teleconsultation add-on, you may have teleconsultation slots in addition to walk-in slots.
Identifying Teleconsultation Appointments
- Teleconsultation appointments are marked with a special tag in your dashboard
- The consultation mode (Walk-in or Teleconsultation) is visible on each appointment card
- You can filter appointments by consultation mode
Managing Teleconsultation Slots
- Your admin configures slot rules with Consultation Mode set to Teleconsultation
- These generate separate bookable slots for video consultations
- Walk-in and teleconsultation slots are managed independently
- Different time ranges can be set for teleconsultation slots
Conducting a Teleconsultation
- Review the patient's details before the scheduled time
- Start the video call at the appointed time
- Conduct the consultation as you would in person
- Upload the prescription after the consultation
- Mark the appointment as completed

- Ensure a quiet, professional background for video calls
- Test your audio and video setup before consultations
- Have the patient's history accessible during the call
- Upload prescriptions promptly after each consultation
