Customizing Your Prescription Layout

Each doctor can customize their prescription template:

1. Go to your Doctor Profile
2. Click Edit Prescription Layout
3. Customize the template:
   • Clinic header and logo
   • Doctor information display
   • Prescription body format
   • Footer notes and signatures
4. Click Preview to see how it looks
5. Click Save Layout

How Prescriptions Work

After an appointment is completed, prescriptions can be uploaded:

1. The receptionist uploads the prescription from the appointment page
2. Multiple prescription files can be attached (PDF, images)
3. Patients can then view and download prescriptions from their account

Prescription Validity

• Set a validity period for your prescriptions (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, 30 days)
• Follow-up appointments are validated against this period
• Patients must book follow-ups within the prescription validity window

Layout Preview

The prescription layout preview shows exactly how your prescriptions will look when printed or downloaded by patients. It uses your custom header, font preferences, and signature placement.
