Modular Pricing
Treatlly uses a modular subscription system. Each module can be subscribed to independently:
- OPD (Outpatient) — Core module: appointments, slot management, patient records
- HMS (Hospital Management) — Inpatient management, bed allocation, ward management
- Pharma — Pharmacy inventory, prescriptions, dispensing
- Lab — Laboratory test management, reports, sample tracking
Pricing Structure
The pricing system uses a versioned, modular structure:
- Pricing Versions — Top-level container for pricing configurations
- Pricing Products — Module-specific products (OPD, HMS, Pharma, Lab)
- Pricing Plans — Individual plans within each product (Starter, Pro, Enterprise)
- Pricing Add-ons — Optional extras (e.g., Teleconsultation)
- Pricing Bundles — Grouped plans and add-ons at discounted rates
Plan Tiers
Each module offers multiple tiers with increasing features and limits:
- Starter — Basic features, limited users
- Professional — Full features, more users, priority support
- Enterprise — Unlimited users, custom features, dedicated support
Billing Cycle
- Monthly and annual billing options
- Annual plans include a discount
- Auto-renewal with email reminders
- Prorated charges for mid-cycle upgrades
Usage Limits
Each plan has defined limits for:
- Number of doctors and staff members
- Monthly appointment slots
- Follow-up appointments
- Teleconsultation sessions (if add-on is active)
