Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Current Plan

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. View your active subscriptions for each module
3. See current plan tier, next billing date, and amount

Upgrading

1. Click Upgrade Plan
2. Compare available plans and features
3. Select the new plan tier
4. Review prorated charges (mid-cycle adjustment calculated automatically)
5. Complete payment via Razorpay
6. New plan activates immediately

Adding Modules

1. Go to Billing → Available Modules
2. Select the module to add (HMS, Pharma, or Lab)
3. Choose a plan tier
4. Complete payment
5. Module is activated immediately

Add-ons

Extend your subscription with add-ons:

1. View available add-ons in Billing
2. Currently available: Teleconsultation (video consultations)
3. Click Add and complete payment
4. Add-on features activate immediately

Invoices & Payment History

• View all past invoices in Billing → Invoices
• Download invoices as PDF
• See proration invoices for mid-cycle changes

Cancellation

• Contact support or go to billing settings
• Active subscriptions run until the end of the billing period
• Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
