Add-ons & Usage Limits
What Are Add-ons?
Add-ons extend your base subscription with additional capabilities. They are billed separately from your main plan and can be added or removed at any time.
Available Add-ons
- Teleconsultation — Enable video consultations for your doctors. When active, you can create teleconsultation slot rules and patients can book video appointments.
Adding an Add-on
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Scroll to Available Add-ons
- Click Add on the desired add-on
- Complete payment
- Features activate immediately
Understanding Usage Limits
Each subscription plan defines quotas for key resources:
| Limit | Description |
|---|---|
| Appointments/month | Maximum bookable new appointment slots per month |
| Follow-ups/month | Separate quota for follow-up appointments |
| Teleconsultation sessions | Monthly video consultations (requires add-on) |
| Staff members | Maximum number of doctors and staff |
Monitoring Usage
- Go to Settings → Usage Limits
- View current usage vs. plan limits
- Usage bars show percentage consumed
Upgrading Quotas
If you're approaching your limits:
- Go to Usage Limits
- Click Upgrade Quota
- Select the limit to increase
- Complete payment for additional quota
