Tenant & Subscription Management
Overview
As a Super Admin, you manage all clinics (tenants) on the platform. Each tenant is an isolated clinic with its own data, settings, and users.
Creating a Tenant
- Go to Admin → Tenants
- Click Create Tenant
- Fill in clinic details: name, subdomain, contact info
- Set tenant type (clinic/hospital)
- Assign initial subscription plan
- Save — the tenant is immediately active
Tenant Dashboard
View detailed information for each tenant:
- Active subscription and plan details
- Number of doctors, staff, patients
- Appointment statistics
- Revenue and payment history
- API usage metrics
Subscription Management
- View and modify tenant subscriptions
- Upgrade/downgrade plans
- Apply custom pricing or plan overrides
- Handle subscription issues, reactivation, or cancellation
Pricing System
Manage the versioned pricing structure:
- Pricing Versions — Top-level containers for pricing configurations
- Pricing Products — Module-specific products (OPD, HMS, Pharma, Lab)
- Pricing Plans — Individual plans per product (Starter, Pro, Enterprise)
- Pricing Add-ons — Optional extras (e.g., Teleconsultation)
- Pricing Bundles — Grouped plans at discounted rates
Usage Limits Management
- Go to Admin → Pricing → Usage Limits
- Define limits per plan: appointment quotas, staff limits, teleconsultation sessions
- Set overage behavior (block or allow with charges)
