Broadcasts, Modules & System Settings
Broadcast Messages
Send announcements to all tenants or specific groups:
- Go to Admin → Broadcasts
- Click New Broadcast
- Fill in title, content, target audience, and priority
- Click Send Broadcast
Broadcast Features
- Tenant-specific targeting — Send to specific clinics instead of all
- Scroll direction — Static (no animation), Left to Right, or Right to Left
- Tenant ID — Optional; leave blank for global broadcast
- Priority levels — Normal, High, Urgent
Modules Management
Toggle module availability across the platform:
- OPD — Outpatient (always active, base module)
- HMS — Hospital Management System
- Pharma — Pharmacy module
- Lab — Laboratory module
Each module can be independently subscribed by tenants.
System Monitoring
- Total tenants and active subscriptions
- Daily/monthly/yearly revenue metrics
- Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and churn rate
- Appointment analytics across all tenants
- Payment success and failure rates
Global Settings
- Payment Gateway — Razorpay API credentials and webhook configuration
- Email Configuration — SMTP settings and email templates
- SMS Configuration — SMS provider credentials and templates
- Platform Fees — Default platform fee percentage and GST configuration
Admin User Management
- Go to Admin → Admin Users
- Add users with roles: Super Admin, Support, or Billing
- Revoke access when no longer needed
