Billing, Add-ons & Usage Limits

Viewing Your Subscription

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. View current plan details, next billing date, and payment history

Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Upgrade Plan
3. View available plans and compare features
4. Select the new plan
5. Review prorated charges (mid-cycle adjustment calculated automatically)
6. Complete payment via Razorpay
7. New plan is activated immediately

Add-ons

Add-ons extend your subscription with additional capabilities:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. View Available Add-ons
3. Currently available:
   • Teleconsultation — Enable video consultations for your doctors
4. Click Add to subscribe to an add-on
5. Complete payment — add-on features activate immediately

Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes defined limits:

• Appointments per month — Maximum bookable slots
• Follow-up appointments — Separate quota for follow-ups
• Teleconsultation sessions — If add-on is active
• Staff members — Maximum doctors and staff

Upgrading Limits

1. Go to Settings → Usage Limits
2. View current usage vs. limits
3. Click Upgrade Quota to increase limits
4. Complete payment for additional quota

Broadcasts

View system broadcasts on your dashboard:

• Global broadcasts — Sent by platform admin to all clinics
• Tenant-specific broadcasts — Targeted to your clinic
• Broadcasts can scroll left-to-right, right-to-left, or remain static
