Slot Rules & Schedule Management

Creating Slot Rules

1. Go to Slot Rules → New Rule
2. Configure the following fields:
   • Doctor — Select doctor
   • Location — Select location
   • Day of Week — Select active days (Mon-Sun)
   • Start Time / End Time — Working hours
   • Slot Duration — Minutes per appointment
   • Buffer Time — Gap between appointments
   • Patient Type — New Patient or Follow-up
   • Consultation Mode — Walk-in (in-person) or Teleconsultation (video)
   • Schedule Type — Weekly, Monthly, or Rolling
3. Click Create

Important: Teleconsultation slots are only available if the Teleconsultation add-on is active for your subscription.

Schedule Types

• Weekly — Repeats every week on selected days
• Monthly — Runs on specific dates each month
• Rolling — Continuous schedule without weekly reset

Managing Holidays

1. Go to Holidays → New Holiday
2. Enter holiday name, date, and affected locations
3. Click Create

Holidays block slot generation. Existing booked appointments are NOT automatically cancelled — manage those separately.

Tips

• Create separate rules for morning and evening sessions
• Create separate rules for walk-in and teleconsultation
• Always verify generated slots after modifying rules
